Peggy has been an Early Childhood Teacher and Director for over 26 years.  She has taught in a NAEYC accredited program for infants through 5 year old as well as after-school programs.  She participated the first Intergenerational Program in Illinois that brought together preschool children and seniors to achieve mutually beneficial results.  She has been instrumental in implementing concepts such as Reggio Emilia, Emergent Curriculum and Multiple Intelligences into classroom curriculums.  She continues to learn and keep up on new techniques by taking Early Childhood classes.

Peggy is the mother of 4 children and 4 grandchildren.
