Tick Tock is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS). Therefore, the required paperwork needs to be completed PRIOR to your child's first visit. This includes the medical and lead assessment forms signed by your physician. Once the registration paperwork and registration fee are completed, you simply use us as you need it and pay on an hourly basis.
